Today I might sound like a guru which trust me I am not. Although I struggle to keep up with these practises but inclining towards trying the best ones is what makes us better day by day. Moreover, it also depends on how much personally we want to make these habits happen. At least taking 30-45 minutes out of the busy schedule which will, in the long run, make us more able to be more active. If we try to stick to habit it will surely make a noticeable difference.
Without more spiritual talk, let me talk about some habits that will move you a step closer towards better hair.
Starting with nutrition, involving more fatty acids in the diet helps a long way as it enhances scalp strength which in return gives strengthens hair follicles which results in better hair. Cutting down on junk food or processed foods are extensively required. The reason being that it requires heat quite a lot which strips down all the vital minerals, vitamins and other required nutrients. Instead, it introduces elements which are harder for the body to breakdown.
This one sounds very general but you have to reduce and eliminate stress. Yes, that is true. Find out what is the source of stress and eliminate it. If you cannot then there is no reason being anxious. Stress introduces hair loss and there is not a lot you can do unless you take stress head down.
Next up is also related to stress, which is a decent and good night’s sleep. Less sleep results in more stress and that ruins the quality of hair and scalp. Try sleeping peacefully for at least 7-8 hours, that energizes your body and restores all the required changes back to normal for you to start your day again.
These are some cue tips that can help you get rid of some basic hair problems. Let’s strive for better hair and let it breathe and grow!
